Sant has more than 35 years experience in the commercial real estate industry specializing in tenant and client representation.
Established in 2001, Sant Commercial Real Estate is focused on tenant/client advisory services. Sant regularly is featured as one of the top producing commercial real estate firms in the annual ranking of Louisville area firms, and recently Business First of Louisville ranked Sant Commercial Real Estate the number one office brokerage firm in the Louisville area based on transaction volume dollar production.
Through a business relationship, Sant joined forces as Vice President and Partner of former New York-based national tenant representation firm Studley, Inc., now Savills, Inc., as a Partner on the Chicago-based Midwest Team. Sant continues an informal working relationship with Savills, Inc. throughout Kentucky and Indiana, while utilizing and leveraging their expertise nationally with his local and national tenant client base.
Sant began his real estate career with the national commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he was named “Rookie of the Year” and twice named “Suburban Broker of the Year” by developer Rouse & Associates. He was appointed Vice President and Branch Manager of the Cushman & Wakefield Michigan office, becoming the youngest ever to hold that position. Sant directed the successful reorganization of that operation increasing revenue and profit year-over-year. He returned to Louisville where he established his own tenant representation firm in his hometown becoming the leading firm in the market exclusively representing major corporate tenants and non-profit clients.
Activities & Achievements
Sant is quoted in numerous Louisville Business First articles regarding commercial real estate, and most recently the focus of their feature article "In Person". Sant was named “Outstanding Broker”, based upon transaction volume for an unprecedented fifth time for Louisville, Kentucky by national real estate investment trust TIERREIT. He is a member of the Louisville CCIM Chapter, and Greater Louisville Inc. having served on their Public Policy/Legislative Affairs Steering Committee. He supports various charities and currently serves on the committee for the Cedar Lake Foundation.
Keith earned his BBA in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky.
