Professional Experience
Keith has over twenty six years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry specializing in tenant/client representation.
Keith established Sant Commercial Real Estate in Louisville, focusing on tenant/client advisory services and through a business relationship, joined forces as a partner and Vice President of the New York based national tenant representation firm Studley, Inc. as a partner on the Chicago based Midwest Team. He continues an association working with Studley throughout Kentucky and Southern Indiana, while utilizing and leveraging Studley’s expertise nationally with his local and national tenant client base.
Keith began his real estate career with Cushman & Wakefield in Philadelphia for ten years where he was named “Rookie of the Year” and twice named “Suburban Broker of the Year” by developer Rouse & Associates. He was appointed Vice President and Branch Manager of their Michigan office where he redirected the successful reorganization of that operation. He returned to Louisville where he established his own tenant representation firm in his hometown immediately becoming the leading firm in the market exclusively representing major corporate and non-profit clients.
Recent Activities & Achievements
Keith has been named “Outstanding Broker for 2010” based upon transaction volume for an unprecedented third time for Louisville by national real estate investment trust Behringer Harvard. He is a member of the Louisville CCIM Chapter, and Greater Louisville Inc. having served on their Public Policy/Legislative Affairs Steering Committee. He has supported various charities and currently serves on the Ambassador Committee for the First Tee of Louisville.
Education
Keith earned his BBA in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky.
